These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the FCM99 platform. By registering an account or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms in full.

You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use FCM99. Underage gambling is strictly prohibited and all accounts are subject to identity verification.
Each individual may hold only one FCM99 account. Operating duplicate accounts — including accounts held under a family member's name — is a breach of these terms and grounds for permanent suspension.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Wagering multiples, valid game types, and expiry windows vary by promotion and are stated in the relevant bonus terms.
FCM99 reserves the right to request identity documents (MyKad, passport, proof of address) at any stage. Withdrawals may be held pending successful KYC verification.
Arbitrage betting, use of betting bots or automated tools, bonus abuse, money laundering, and collusion are all strictly prohibited and will result in account termination and fund forfeiture.
FCM99 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following a published update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player", or "you") and FCM99 (hereinafter referred to as "FCM99", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), operating under the domain fcm99.cam.
By accessing the FCM99 website, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on the platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand their content, and that you agree to be unconditionally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the platform.

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on FCM99. The registration of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities, or using family members' or third parties' details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. FCM99 reserves the right to merge, close, or permanently ban duplicate accounts and forfeit all associated balances.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your full legal name (as it appears on your government-issued identification), date of birth, a valid and active email address, and a Malaysian mobile phone number. FCM99 may also request your residential address and bank account details in connection with KYC verification and withdrawal processing.
You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. FCM99 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party, nor permit any other person to access your Account. FCM99 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate security.
If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify FCM99's customer support team immediately via Live Chat or email at [email protected].
FCM99 may require you to complete identity verification at any time, including at the point of withdrawal or when your cumulative deposits or withdrawals exceed threshold amounts. Documents typically requested include a copy of your MyKad or passport, a bank statement or utility bill as proof of address (dated within three months), and — where payment has been made by e-wallet — a screenshot confirming ownership of the e-wallet account.
Failure to provide the requested documents within the stated timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is complete. FCM99 processes KYC submissions within one (1) to three (3) business days.
FCM99 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, Bitcoin (BTC), and Tether (USDT). The availability of specific payment methods may vary based on your location and account verification status.
The minimum deposit amount is RM 30. All deposits are credited to your Account balance instantly upon successful processing. FCM99 does not charge transaction fees on deposits. Any fees charged by your bank, e-wallet provider, or cryptocurrency network are your responsibility.
Deposits must be made from payment accounts held in your own name. FCM99 does not accept third-party deposits. Deposits made from payment instruments not belonging to the registered Account holder will be reversed and the Account suspended pending investigation.
Withdrawal requests submitted by fully verified Players are processed within five (5) minutes under normal operating conditions. Withdrawals to DuitNow and FPX-linked bank accounts are typically the fastest. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50.
Withdrawals can only be made to payment instruments registered in your own name that match your verified Account identity. FCM99 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal deemed to present elevated risk.
Withdrawals of Bonus Funds or bonus-derived winnings are subject to the specific wagering requirement and withdrawal cap applicable to the relevant promotion. Real Money Balances (deposits and non-bonus winnings) are not subject to wagering requirements.
FCM99 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, birthday bonuses, and referral rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of the applicable promotion in addition to these general Terms.
Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from Bonus Funds are not available for withdrawal until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully satisfied. Attempting to withdraw before meeting the wagering requirement will result in forfeiture of the Bonus Funds and any associated winnings.
Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount. For example, a RM 100 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement requires the Player to place bets totalling RM 2,000 before the bonus-derived balance becomes withdrawable. Game contribution rates apply — slots typically contribute 100%, while table games contribute 10%–20%.
FCM99 actively monitors for patterns indicative of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: matched betting using bonus funds, arbitrage wagering, low-risk staking patterns designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine participation, and systematic exploitation of promotional terms. Where bonus abuse is identified, FCM99 reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel associated winnings, and permanently suspend the Account.
FCM99 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to situations where: the bet is placed on an event that has already commenced (where in-play betting is not offered); the odds offered were the result of a manifest error; or the Platform has reasonable grounds to suspect the bet is placed as part of a fraudulent or collusive arrangement.
Where FCM99 has made a manifest error in publishing odds, game rules, or payout information — including typographical errors, technical malfunctions, or data feed errors — FCM99 reserves the right to void any affected bets or games and return stakes to Players. No liability for loss of anticipated winnings shall arise from manifest errors.
In-play (live) betting markets are subject to delay and may be suspended at any time. Bets accepted during a technical issue that results in incorrect odds being displayed may be voided at FCM99's discretion. FCM99's decision on the outcome of live betting disputes shall be final.
FCM99 is not responsible for losses resulting from network disconnections, browser issues, or power failures on the Player's side during active game sessions. Where a disconnection occurs mid-game, FCM99's server logs constitute the definitive record of game state and outcome. Players who experience repeated disconnection issues should contact support.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on FCM99 and constitute grounds for immediate Account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all funds:
FCM99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons: breach of these Terms; failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; involvement in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; prolonged Account inactivity; or where required by applicable law or regulatory guidance.
Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, the Player's funds will be held securely. If the investigation concludes with no finding of wrongdoing, the Account will be reinstated and the Player will be notified accordingly.
Players may request Account closure at any time by contacting FCM99 customer support via Live Chat or email. Upon closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in the Account will be processed for withdrawal to the Player's verified payment method within five (5) business days, subject to completion of all outstanding wagering requirements on Bonus Funds.
An Account is classified as dormant if there has been no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. FCM99 will notify the Account holder by email prior to implementing a dormancy status. Dormant accounts may be subject to a monthly administrative fee. FCM99 will make reasonable efforts to return any remaining balance before closure.
All content on the FCM99 platform — including but not limited to the FCM99 brand name, logo, website design, game graphics, software, text, images, and data — is the proprietary property of FCM99 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit: copying, reproducing, or distributing any Platform content; reverse-engineering or decompiling any Platform software; framing or mirroring any portion of the Platform; or using any FCM99 trademark or branding for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FCM99 and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill — arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the FCM99 platform.
FCM99's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Player's use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
FCM99 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. FCM99 is not responsible for the content or accuracy of third-party data providers whose feeds are used to generate odds or game outcomes.
FCM99 collects, processes, stores, and uses personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms and forms part of the agreement between you and FCM99. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
FCM99 will not sell, rent, or disclose your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. FCM99 may share data with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory bodies where required for the operation of the platform or by law.
FCM99 is committed to responsible gambling and provides players with tools to manage their gambling behaviour. These include deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. All tools are accessible from within the Account settings area.

Where material changes are made, FCM99 will endeavour to notify registered players via the email address on record or via a prominent notice on the Platform. The effective date of any revision will be updated at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the FCM99 platform following the publication of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease use of the platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 9.2 above.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to FCM99's operating jurisdiction.
FCM99 encourages Players to contact its customer support team in the first instance to resolve any dispute informally. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of written notice, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant competent courts.
FCM99's decision on all betting outcomes, bonus eligibility determinations, and Account matters shall be final and binding unless FCM99 determines otherwise in its sole discretion.
